I changed the Home of S513.com to a blog instead of static html pages. I wanted to give the home page more flexibility this way.
Buying Selling Websites and Domains
Over the last several weeks, I have fallen into the world of buying and selling websites and domains. This is an interesting world. When trying to sell a website the domain selling professionals tell you to take the income x 12 to get the selling price. That would be a good sale if your site is making $1100+ a month.
Now for the real buying and selling world of what the market will bear. When selling a site, if the maket likes what they see the biding and networking can go on for days until you site is purchased. Sometime almost like a frenzy. IF, the buyers do not like what they see, your Want to Sell goes totally ignored. I had to run the ad For Sale 3 times before I started getting any bids. Once the requesting for information came in, I just knew I would get multiple bids. Out of one batch I got one bid, It was enough money close to the asking price. I decided to accept the kind offer. Then I did not here back from them for over a week. Most stressing. Well after three weeks the responded back with a down payment offer and payments per week, I was good with that also. But never heard back.
Then I get a couple of low ball offers, at this point I just needed the money and said let it go to the highest low ball offer. I like the guy that I sold semcents to, so I am happy. A couple of links of those I meet along the way.
Adding Websites daily and FORUM Updates
It seems like I am adding new sites everyday to the website. The more I add the more come in.
The Forum is up over 60+ plus users now SEM FORUM
Would like to double that number by the end of year.
